MENTORING
Drawing on his own life experiences growing up Black, undiagnosed neurodivergent, and working-class in one of England's most under-served areas, Rawz has been mentoring vulnerable and "hard to reach" young people all over the South East for almost two decades. He has developed an holistic, mentee lead methodology that prioritises relationship building, personal reflection and long term growth through new experiences, conversation, creative expression and consistency.
In addition to one-to-one mentoring sessions with Rawz, the Urban Music Foundation is able to develop bespoke programmes for individuals drawing from our network of experienced mentors and partner organisations. Activities can include sports, philosophy, music, lyric writing, PSHE, history, mural painting, spoken word & poetry, videography, tutoring and more.
Get in touch to find out how the Urban Music Foundation can develop a mentoring programme focused on the individual interests, strengths and weaknesses of the mentee.
